I liked professional and customer-oriented employees!
Sincerely, it was an outstanding stay in our week's vacation. The pool was clean and we had refreshing drinks in the poolside bar. The location was best possible, for example, Camarones Beach was within a close distance from the hotel. Moreover, the area was very nice

The staff at Buenaventura Grand Hotel were extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. The hotel has a central location, making it a convenient base for discovering Puerto Vallarta.
